I just finished the game...i think. Where was the big fight like the one in Fable 1? I know there are still tons to do with the side adventure but I am really disappointed in the ending. Anyone else?

Although the game was really short, I enjoyed the journey. Plus the ending left plenty of room for future downloadable content and possibly another game.

Yeah the main quest is pretty short. I finished the game in about 25 hours, but that's because I stretched it for as long as I could bare. I could probably truck through the game in under 10 hours.

I just finished the game being good the whole time, so now I'm going to start over and be evil

yeah it's kind of short, even with the side quests. i beat the game with 755 gamerscore with about 50 side quests completed in just under 20 hours or so. I even got that ruler of albion achievement

I must've played about 35 hours before i fully beat the main quest so it was decent with the side missions and all but the main story still could've been longer.

Yea, the game itself along the main story line was definitely way too short, luckily not as short as Fable, but still too short. I think even if you were to do EVERY single thing possibly in the game, I can not imagine it taking any longer than 25-30 hours, and that is pushing it. I myself completed the entire game, all side quests, own all of Albion, have 1000 gamerscore, and it took me less than 20 hours. I know there is technically more I could do in the game, but nothing that is going to keep my interest.

So if you ask me, unless they bring out some DLC for this game (which I would imagine they will), the game was definitely another dissapointment in what I think Fable really could be. Also if you ask me, Peter Molyneux spent so much time trying to make this game longer than Fable (as I recall, that was the main complaint) that he did not take all the time he could in developing the story and the characters. It kinda just felt like you were rushed through the main story line, and there was no real development in anyone, which was really lame. Just completely felt like the story was lacking.

also, I never got knocked out/died. The game was way too easy

Fable 2 really, really disappointed me. I felt as though I had just started the game when it ended. Sure, there's other quest to do after the final boss, but what for? Fable 2 is probably the most disappointing game of the year for me. Story was bad. Spell selection bad. And lots of other things were bad.

However, I still had fun.

It was a little short, but I had a lot of fun with it. There's a lot of side quests, so you can keep playing. But the way the game is, it's meant to be played through a couple times trying out being good and evil, etc. I just made a new character thats going to be an evil one so I get a different expierence.

i think the main problem was that the game was too easy... and I agree that there should have been a bigger fight at the end... I mean, this guy killed everyone I knew...I should be able to punish him...
