Fable 3 Potions

So i have completed the main story and unfortunately have the scars to prove it. Do you know of any potions that can be bought to remove scars? if so where from?

Also how do you make your character lose weight? when i first started my character was overweight and i was wondering if there was anyway to change this.

I haven't found a scar removing potion yet. I know that in the Fable 2 they released the potion in their DLC, maybe they'll do the same for Fable 3.

As for your obesity problem, eat celery. Lots of celery.

I also wouldn't mind making my dog look a little different. I'm sick of just having two options.
