Fable 2 was better than most games, but it was no where near as fun as the first Fable. It just wasn't as fluid and the story was kind of ho-hum. Jack of Blades is one of my favorite villians ever :)
I think Natal would be fun with this game since you could mimic so many actions and combine some cool combos, but if the story is bland and the action is clunky, having it work with Natal will just make it a polished turd.
I'm personally hoping they look at how much more successful the first game was compared to the second and look at all the criticism 2 received and invest that into the game.
Also I don't think every game will run on Natal. XBox is developed more for hardcore gamers, so I think they'll stick with the controller for most games. They're just filling a niche to compete with the Wii's success.
