ive been reading sum of the forums and u no these unexpectedely "low" reviews dont mean anything its all about the gamers opinion, the person that reviews the game is just 1 person out of many other gamers everyone is going to like fable in different ways so everything doesnt matter on 1 review so yea nd btw fable 2 is def. on my list =DDD

metacritic- then you get a wide range of opinions. Even then, you might look at the actual scores because sometimes there is 1 or 2 really low scores that drag the average down, but on the flip side again, that just might be your opinion too, so rent it or borrow from a friend to check it out.

I thought it was getting good reviews. 8.8 from IGN is really good. 9.5 from OXM 9.5 from IGN UK. Their is more but those are really good scores.

Its lowest score that I know of is GS's 8.5. Explain how that is low. That means it's great. Then that's also its lowest score so that means the person who hated it the most thought it was still a great game.

According to Gamespot's ratings scale, an 8.5 means a game is "great".

That's all I need to know if I'm going to buy it.

Just play the game and judge for yourself. So far the lowest rating seems to be GS and that was an 8.5. I mean since when has 8.5 been awful. I know that about 70% of the readers on GS don't have a brain and just judge a game by the reviews, but I am picking up Fable 2 tomorrow and if you aren't because of the ratings, then you're an idiot.
