I am currently downloading the facebreaker demo (and a trial of braid). Has anyone else cared enough to try this game out? I haven't heard much about the game since E3.
Any game that motion captured people punching baloons filled with ground beef has to be worth at least a look. It probably will suck though, the last arcade boxer I dug was that one for Dreamcast.
Ok, an update to the original post. I have played it a few times and i don't think it would be so bad if they weren't trying to charge $60 for the game. I'm all about supporting original titles from developers so that we can get out of the sequel rut, but lets face it, like the others have said, this formula has been rehashed so many times, and better than this. I generally don't like to judge games based on demos, its not a fair basis for judgement. That being said, I don't think I'll be picking this up. Maybe a rent, or hell if I had a Wii I might like it on that system for a party or get together.
