Faceplate Question, Help Needed!!!

The generic white faceplate that my xbox 360 came with broke today (the spring on the usb door broke off and there is no way to refasten it on). I just want to know if this faceplate is legit and if I should buy it. I'm not looking for "don't buy it, it looks stupid", I'm looking for "don't buy it, it looks fake" or something like that. Thanks!

I think that is the one they handed out at E3 back in 2005. Im pretty sure thats it.ragevirus

that a replica of the one they handed out at e3 so I wouldn't recommend getting that one.  The new forza 2 faceplate is pretty nice.
