I have broken steel and point lookout which I thought were excellent, but I was thinking of getting another one. Which one is the best out of The Pitt, Anchorage or Zeta?

Anchorage was a fun distraction with some great equipment at the end. Not the best expansion but it was still fun. I haven't played the Pitt and Zeta isn't even out yet.
Anchorage is ok, but no replay value cause you can only do it once. The Pitt is the only one I haven't downloaded, but from what I hear its supposed to be really good. Mothership Zeta looks awesome but we will have to wait for that one:P
I thought the Pitt was better, mainly because it was longer. But if you want to get the Chinese Stealth Armor (which makes you invisible when you crouch without wearing off), get Operation Anchorage.
The Pitt was my least favorite. Anchorage was decent, it's more like a minor annoyance, but the gear you get at the end is worth the money alone. Chinese Stealth Armor and Gauss Rifle are amazing. Zeta isn't out yet, a couple more days I think.I have broken steel and point lookout which I thought were excellent, but I was thinking of getting another one. August 5th or 3rd. :)
I've bought them all except for Anchorage which I heard was only worth getting for the items (something I refuse to do with the PC version since if I really want an awesome, game-breaking item I can just go download a mod instead). Out of the DLC I have played I'd put them in this order:
1. Broken Steel
2. Point Lookout
3. The Pitt
Broken Steel gets first place because it gives you a lot of bang for your buck. It allows you to keep playing after the game's ending, it introduces new enemies, new weapons and armor, new areas, new quests, and extends the plot. Well worth the money.
Point Lookout is a close second since it adds a very well made area to the game. Unlike Anchorage and Pitt, which are basically huge dungeons, Point Lookout is essentially a new, tiny Wasteland for you to explore (I'd say the size of the map is 1/8 to 1/4 the size of the Wasteland map). It also gives you five new quests, one new main quest, a few additional unmarked quests, new enemies, and a few new items (including a double barreled shotgun). I think it's worth mentioning that the quests in PL are on par with, if not better than, the ones in F3. It's clear a lot of thought went into them and there are some very memorable ones. The area is also a nice break from the "everything has gone to hell" look that's pervasive in F3 and Pitt.
The Pitt is decent. You're not really missing out on anything by not getting it, but it's still fun if you do decide to get it.
My opinon on the matter is this: The only two must-have DLC are Broken Steel and Point Lookout. The Pitt and Anchorage are just there for you if you ever get bored with the game and want to add on 5-10 more hours of gameplay. As for Zeta, we'll see how that turns out.
