I'm not so sure about this game. It looks cool, but then again, I'm not real familiar with the Fallout series being I never played the originals on the PC. I may pass as I took a chance on the S.T.A.L.K.E.R game for PC and I just couldn't get into it. Kinda reminds me of that...dark, dreary, lifeless, demolished, blah, FPS with RPG elements..
Who knows? Maybe once I get some more info on the game I'll change my mind. Still in my wish list for now....

I never played a Fallout game either. Fallout 3 is kinda like Fable 2 in a post-apocalyptic world. That's enough for me to get excited.

More like Oblivion in a post-apocalyptic world.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
That is the EXACT opposite of what should be happening to the Fallout series. If that DOES happen, Bethesda will pay. Dearly.
Anyone who hasn't, go and play the original games. You will get a far better experience from them than you ever could from anything Bethesda could put out. Then see if you still want to sit and wait for Oblivion With Guns 2.0

Oh yeah, you're right, lol. Same creator as Oblivion. Duh! How can I forget. I guess the dog as a companion/ally threw me off. Fable 2 sports the same concept. Yeah, I cant wait for this game.

I agree. Yeah, it's the same creator as Oblivion, but it's a totally different RPG game. We'll just have to wait and see.
Epic, classic, amazing series.....the perfect crew to pick it up and run with it.....an RPG like it SHOULD be (not some watered down port of a hack and slash or strategy-shooter)....and it's coming from a group that doesn't have any reason to rush it out the door (hopefully).
I can't see how this can go wrong really.
