yeah, i made a new file on Fallout 3 and decided to go evil. I think i took it too far. on the tenpenny tower quest i killed the ghouls and then went on a killing spree in the tower with jericho ( I OWN TENPENNY TOWER NOW!) but i didnt talk to chief gustavo before it. is there any way to finish the quest without doing it all again???

Did you you kill Gustavo? If you did, I don't believe there is any way to complete it.
