Fallout 3 is a very overrated game

Seriously its a bad game i had to restart the game 3 times due to Auto Save problems so i eventually got it to work and i got to the part where your being escorted by those people and i beat the giant mutant and then the people in the huge armor started to shoot me i don't know why but i died and started back at way back, wanna know how because i had auto save disabled its a pick your poison the talking's neat but i don't know if the game gets better but i will never find out and i don't want to post your opinions below.

Turn auto save off and save it youself and you probably shot one of them.. Not really that hard to understand.

Probably, Oblvion and Fallout 3 are pretty buggy. They also have a few game breaking bugs, in Oblivion at least that force you to start over. I don't know why anyone would doubt you.

In Fallout 3 I once was getting shot as soon as I entered a town for no reason. Another time a guy I was supposed to talk to wasn't where he should have been, I somehow stumbled on his body out in the wasteland on the other side of the map.

It's funny that people worry about the new Fallout being good because Obsidian games have bugs. From my experience not anywhere near as bad as Bethesda games, and Obsidian is also good at certain areas of game development. Legolas_Katarn

Bethesda is a great developer but I must admit they have a lot of glitchy games, but you should always remember to save frequently in Fallout 3, always save before talking to someone, cracking a safe/door, doing a quest, and any other part in between, save religiously.

Fallout 3 is a masterpiece. A game this big with so many things occurring at the same time and so much stuff to do, is impossible to be without bugs. A very few companies dare to present such an experience so Bethesda did an incredible job.

It is a buggy game, but nevertheless it is well worth it. It is not like the game is short and small in size and things to do and it is buggy at the same time.

Its funny because OP's profile picture is of Master Chief, and his post is what Master Chief from Arby n' the Chief would say.

Perhaps it is an aquired taste.

I don't really like it either. It certainly isn't as good as people make out. Just my opinion.

Back in 2008 the game was EASILY a 9 out of 10 it is not over rated at all. It has 5 DLC packages that are actually better then the original story. I played through this game 3 times and never once had a single issue with the game at all. Maybe you are just bad?

Then why does it matter that you died if you saved?

because if you read it you would understand that i would die every time i loaded that save i had another back at megaton but i lost tones of data

Fable 2 is like that but its far far better reaching the best game of all time (My Opinion) with only gears of war 2 and mass effect 2 coming close to it maybe its just the kind of person you are.

but thats the problem the game isn't as fluent when your saving all the time i save a game usually at the end of every sitting its just a problem i have.

Although I'm not gonna buy Fallout: New Vegas i think its gonna be better because its not all a bunch of wastelands which is something i dislike about fallout 3.

It sounds more like you are frustrated because you can't figure the game out, obviously you haven't even played enough of it to even judge the game.

Yeah it's full of bugs and glitches, but it's still my 2nd favorite title on the 360. I loved it. The whole atmosphere of the game was brilliant to me.

I think Fallout 3 deserves the praise it gets.

It's got its fair share of bugs and glitches, but I've completed it twice without experiencing any major game distrupting issues.

I thought it was boring and the ammo system sucked.

Way to quote part of what i said, tool. It wasn't a glitch the game doesn't have glitches in either version people who encounter said glitches are making excuses because of how bad they actually are at the game. Fallout 3 is a good game but there are some problems.

The story is not the good. There is a lot to do but it was not the rich and fun. I do not add any extra to the story.

Also I had a error that all my saved games froze when I try to go to the Jefferson memorial. I had to start a new character.

The combat is not as good as FFXIII.

Okay since I think most RPG's released lately have had poor controllability, art style, and voice acting not to mention believable story, I don't like RPG's. Hmm. There's only one problem with that. I like RPG's. I just don't like the crap they've been dishing out.

Go insert Oblivion and jump up and down in third person view and tell me it's gratifying. The graphics suck. The art is so smudged I can't tell what some things are supposed to be. The zoom in on the faces just show how old the technology was when it was released. The "Oblivion Gate" quests get freakin' annoying...

Then try out Fallout 3. THE RPG of this generation. Crap graphics. Crap animation. Crap design. Go snort the chizzled off remains of my disc and drink it down with suck. Oh yes, RPG's are great this generation.

I'm looking forward to a FUN RPG, is that against the rules Mr. Dungeon Master?

You obviously have not played it enough. It takesabout 5 hours of progress to get into the game
