is the 360 going to recieve a patch so their isnt a level cap?

Didn't they already confirm that? Doesn't matter to me though, I thought O:A was great. A little less RPG like, but still fun.
A level 30 cap is unnecessary. With 10 more levels I could create an all-purpose all skills-maxed-out character. With RPGs you should have to do multiple games to see what characters with different skills ar elike, not have one character that is an expert at every skill in the game.dirtydishko2Unless they raise the skills cap to 150 instead of 100. I think that would be SMRT to keep the very thing you talked about from happening. Of course they would need stronger bad guys and locks and such but it could be done.

They will probably add more perks and raise the skills a bit.

Besides, a lot of RPG's let you level you characters quite a bit higher. FFVII let you level to 99. Also, even if you did have an all power character at the end of the game, the game would still develop different as your character would develop different.
