Mysterious Stranger, Bloody Mess, Better Criticals, Educated(early on), and Adamantium Skeleton are all great ones. With Mysterious Stranger, occasionally during VATS, a mysterious man with a .44 Magnum will come and kill your enemy. Bloody Mess makes kills more violently and adds 5% extra damage to all attacks. Better Criticals adds 50% damage to all critical hits. The Educated perk gives you three skill points each level. And finally, Adamantium Skeleton makes it so that your limbs only recieve 50% damage, helping to keep your limbs stable and non-crippled.

Better Sneak Criticals?
Upgrade Animal Lover once. That way animals won't attack you and you can also kill them easily (because they won't put up a fight until you've already shot them once.)

Better Sneak Criticals?
Sneak attacks give powerful criticals. Shoot an enemy whilst hidden or out of their sight. For example shooting someone with a silenced 10mm from a distance makes for effective kills.[QUOTE="Phoenix534"][QUOTE="-eddy-"]Mysterious Stranger Better Criticals Better Sneak Criticals XP/skill boost %'s-eddy-

No, I think it is. It increases the amount of these sneak crits.[QUOTE="Phoenix534"][QUOTE="-eddy-"] Sneak attacks give powerful criticals. Shoot an enemy whilst hidden or out of their sight. For example shooting someone with a silenced 10mm from a distance makes for effective kills.-eddy-
