Fallout 3 Pitt still broken

Is anyone else still having the problem of not being able to get into the Pitt? I redownloaded it after they "fixed" it and made it through the door once but after loading my game again (wanted to keep my stuff) it doesn't work anymore.

well once that guy takes your things after you enter the Pitt you can't get it back until later, but I have had no problems at all with it.

make sure you delete the first "the pitt" download, dont JUST redownload

same thing happened to me

when i went into my fallout 3 data folder i noticed that there were 2 "the pitt" files

so i deleted them both (couldnt tell which was which) redownloaded it

and now it works perfectly (hope that helps)
