Fallout New Vegas - Best No-Kill Strategy Tips?...

Just got Fallout New Vegas and want to try the no-kill path..anything I should choose at the start? Any tips/techniques/advice to get it rolling the first hour or so?

And..can it really be done?

Well, the best way to start would be high intelligence and high Speech.

NO.

You'll be forced to kill non-human enemies and even raiders throughout the game so you will have to kill.

I tried but the playthrough is definitely boring, I wouldn't recommend on your first time at all.
