Fallout 3, fable 2, mass effect.... played em all, enjoyed em all. which new release are you most looking forward to and what improvements do you expect in the new games?
I'm more hyped for Mass Effect, but I'm more interested in New Vegas because I want to see how my favorite RPG developer will do at the helm since some of them have experience with the series. And they know how to write good stories, something Bethesda has yet to learn.
Mass Effect 2 for two reasons: I still haven't played a Bio-Ware game that i'd rate as less than a B+ and Mass Effect 1 is a game that I bought two years ago and still playthrough to completion every few months. It's probably my favorite 360 game and the sequel seems to take everything that was good about the first game and make it way way better. Fallout 3 was pretty good but I'm not super amped for the sequel. FO3 is good enough to where i'd definitely buy the sequel, but i'm not highly anticipating it and probably won't buy it until it's like $40 new or there is a game of the year edition, whichever comes first. Fable 3... I played about 3 hours of Fable 1 and my experience with that was one where I don't have any real interest in playing another Fable game.
idont know why, but i arent looking forward that much to mass effect 2, ive played through the 1st one, i admit i enjoyed it, but i didnt get the same feel as i did with other rpgs, like fallout, i guess i didnt really like the vehicle envolvment in the game. and maybe the side quests felt too uninportant to me to give it the rpg feel. and one big element to an rpg is the free roaming and leveling up outside the storyline, i guess i never explored this side of the game.... i dont enjoy free roaming a deserted planet with nothing of interest.
Which I hope gets pushed to 2011. Obsidian isn't a massive developer, and their working on New Vegas, Alpha Protocol, and an unannounced title using the Onyx Engine.

Out of these... Mass Effect 2 by far, followed by New Vegas and Fable 2. Still way more excited for FF13 than all other games coming out next year combined, but I'm really excited for ME2.
mass effect 2 hands down, havnt played the fable games and New vegas is being developed by obsidian, a company that makes half a game like kotor 2, even NWN2 which i really like had alot of content cut from it

Stay away from Fable 2 like it's the plague. Huge disappointment and waste of money.
Fable 3: Well I didn't much like Fable 2, so I can't say I'm excited Fallout New Vegas: Is not being made by Bethesda, so I'm still very skeptical Mass Effect 2: Is a sequel to my favorite 360 game, and is one of the rare exceptions in which Bioware actually makes a sequel to its own game. I'm very excited.
Fallout 3 New Vegas hands down. Fallout 3 may be my favorite game on the system, as it was really the perfect RPG for my tastes. I love to explore an open world (which Fable lacks). I love an immersive/realistic envrionment. I also love FPS games, and it balanced the two genres very well. Also, I thought the story was pretty good (though Mass Effect was obviously better on this count). It basically took Oblivion and Call of Duty, added VATS, and then nuked the whole thing. Awesome.
I will also get Mass Effect, as the first one was really good. I will probably skip Fable 3 unless they made some drastic changes from Fable 2.

Better quality. Although, I would like to see Obsidian make a killing off of these games.

I hope it gets pushed to 2011 as well. I want them to ensure high quality. As annoying as Blizzard is at times, their games are always high quality.
