i am level 1 with 1732 exp and i need 300 exp wtf is going on?

its easy to earn xp...but that sounds like a glitch...just keep doing quests...that should work

im in new vegas now though (i took the monorail) and i have not leveled i earn exp like crazy but i am still only lvl 1 when i should be about lvl2-3
