Fallout New Vegas: weapon mods.

i need help finding hunting rifle mods and hunting rifles. sniper rifle mods aswell.

can anybody help me?

dude it's an ingame effect. no hacking at all. if you played the game you would understand. and this is for 360 you cant hack anything????
