What do you mean? You sent him there, so go get him from the Lucky 38...or you mean he is not there, even though you sent him there?

If this is the case, go to the KINGS (where you first got him from the King) and Rex will be there...it is a glitch in FNV...

Or if you don't know where to find him in the Lucky 38, then he's in your room.
