i killed mr house and destroyed his underground army. does this mean im stuck on one path? the quests for the ncr are not coming up, and can i still take the independent path? only ceasar's quest is coming up on my pip boy.
I'm not so sure, but I will give you some advice, and this is just what I did. You should make a key save when about every quest line is open and just leave it alone so you can go through about every ending or in case you do something you wished you hadn't.

thats what i did just to be able to play through all the different endings, but in response to the OP if you have killed house then from here on you should be able to pick between yes man, ncr and cesar
the only quests other than the independant path is dont tread the bear and beware of ceaser or somthing. than theres the wildcard quest and i think i can still choose ceasers path. i dont see the main quest for the ncr. which in my case do you think would be the most productive path to choose?
I'm pretty sure if you destroyed Mr. House's securitron army then you can't do Yes Man's quest line anymore. My reasoning is that you have to activate the army for Yes Man, so if you already destroyed it then the quest would have no purpose.

"Don't tread on the Bear" and "Beware the wrath of Ceaser" are basically the same thing, if you keep working for someone else, they will kill you. So no, the Ceaser quest is probably not open for you anymore. Just continue alone and try and finish whatever quests you have. You can't have very many at this point, so just do any of the Wild Card quests (those are the Yes Man/independent ones) first and you should be okay.

alright dude here is what your telling me...... i CANT do yes mans quest anymore seeing as i destroyed the underground army, i CANT do ceasers quest, i CANT do ncr quests, but then you tell me to do yes mans quest....... wtf? so basicly: i need to start over.? NOOOOO
