If you get on the hosts bad side, he'll kick you and you'll lose all your XP (from all games)
I was just playing TDM, I was 1st on our team, and then I get this message saying I'm banned from the session, i look at my stats and ALL my XP had gone.
If you play FC2 online, DO NOT kill the host, it will only end badly.
