Far Cry 2 on 360, Why not Crysis?

Isnt crysis by the makers of far cry. wouldnt that mean that far cry 2 and crysis would be similar in ways. well how come crysis cant come on 360?

I know it's common sense.

High-End computers with 4 video cards can not even push Crysis on the maximum setting, but somehow people think the 360 may be able to play Crysis on the lowest setting.

If 360 can't handle Crysis, then what a sad state we're all in. That means we've seen this "next-gen" console already reach it's technological peak after 2 years and it's already going obsolete. Obviously it can't do the dx10 stuff. But I'd like to think it could play the game with dx9 just fine. I've played it on the PC in both and it does look incredible. But I can't believe that it's something the 360 can't handle at all. Or can I?Qixote
