Fable 1 for sure not to say I didn't like fable 2 it just wasn't as fun as the first but still a great game but fable 3 on the other hand while lets just say they should have gave that game a little more time to cook in the video game oven.
since fable 2 got a 89 fable should have gotten a 99 the gap in quality between them is huge.fable 2 is also a retread of nearly everything in fable. your family dying,going to jail,ulterior motives by those said to be good,super evil villain who wants to rule everything,starting off ordinary and then finding out you are a hero. spells were worse,no ability to loot from dead bodies meaning you had to do the blacksmith crap and garbage final boss compared to fable 1 or the dragon from fable tlc.
I liked both games but if I had to choose I'd say Fable: TLC. It had a novelty to it, I liked the setting. The story was pretty good, and the atmosphere was awesome. This isn't to say that I didn't like Fable 2. I loved a lot of aspects of Fable 2 and I think it really could have been a lot better than it was. I liked the idea of Coop (something Fable 3 seems to have done better). I liked the melee combat and ranged combat in fable 2 but I didn't like how they implemented Magic. They should have kept magic the same. I did like the economical simulator they had in Fable 2 but the game was broken in the sense that money was really easy to make as your bank account grew even when the console was switched off. Fable 3 seems to have made a few improvements though they keep changing the magic system. I want them to go back to the magic system of the first game...
