I'd have a hard time picking a number one favorite. I'd be tempted to go with The Orange Box, because there's so much content. Failing that, here's a list in no particular order:

Thats What im talkin about Oblivion: GOTY i just got it cause i recently sold oblivion and i missed it so i got O:GOTY but i also like mass effect Cod4 but oblivion is still the best game of all time
