FEDEX LOST MY 360, need help

It's strange, my system was sent to and recieved to fedex to be delivered to me. After 2 days of being at that fedex location, it still says that it is at the location. So I called to find out why it has not been delivered since it was supposed to be overnight, and they tell me I need to call Microsoft because they haven't recieved it. Well after going back and forth between Fedex and Microsoft all day it seems my system is lost. A supervisor at Fedex told me that it is showing her that my system is at the fedex location but the location says they do not have it. So what do I do now? Will I recieve another system if mine is not found? Any help would be appreciated.

fedex should repalce it, and if microsoft didn't buy insurance and fedex points that out than microsoft will have to replace it.

So is this going to be some long drawn out process that is gonna leave me systemless for awhile? How do I go about getting the ball rolling so I can get back to GTA4?

man that sux, i had a fear that that might happen to my console when it got shipped off, hope you get it or a replacement back

Get on the phone to FedEx and immediately get a manager. Tell him what's up, and go from there.

Use the information given by the Consumerist. Get a reference # from Microsoft, which of course you already should have.

Call the escalation team and speak to the upper-level support. Microsoft's garbage support group in India are not going to help you.

Wow,they gonna think that you're cheating them out of a XB360/$ome $crew ball probably playing it rightnow lol..The Fed Ex Guy,beg micro for a new one..If you dont have insurance with fed ex,thats a huge problem for real.

Just to let you know I've had a PS3 of mine lost through FedEx and I had to wait 14 days in order for it to be considered lost. But since Microsoft sent it to you they may just send you a replacement and handle the loss with FedEx..but just be prepared for a long drawn out situation, especially when it comes down to lost packages.

Yeah, somebody is going to replace it, and I'd imagine it'll be FedEx -- for relatively expensive items most companies will bother paying for insurance.
