Female Gamers

I know gaming is dominated by mostly males, but I know everyone of you has come across a female gamer once or twice. You probably went on with your game like nothing. Yet some people insist on constantly pestering and even sexually harassing them, whats with that! Female games are rare enough without them being chased offline by some dumb a$$ 14 year old. Why do you guys think most people don't respect our female counterparts?

that's what i think they're thinkin....i could be wrong though. but i hate it too, i have a couple gal friends i play with on uno (they don't have cameras, they're smarter than that) and if some guy come in they always say"can you show me u on a camera????!?!?!"...makes me sick. i mean cmon!! FREAKIN UNO!!!! GRRRR

I play with a few different groups and they have a few women in them, we all "know" each other and there are no problems. Tip for women, find some "older" and more mature people in the games you play and add them to your "friends" and play with them, that way you don't have to constantly have to deal with being bothered any time you say something. By the way my groups I play with is for COD 2 and most of the women are better at the game than I am !

Just cant wait when this topic is not even an issue, that day cant come quick enough. One of the main reasons most girls i know dont even venture online today is due to those young muppets talking crap.Coldsteel001

I speak to women gamers alot better than some of the guys... because most of the guys playing these online games think they are the S*** and are a bunch of cocky sons of guns... I think its a breath of fresh air to play wit a female gamer.

Here's my opinion on the matter.

Female Gamers -> Kick some sorta ass never before seen

14 yr olds -> Oi I'm one of them, don't label me like those idiots

EVERY Gamer -> I'm cool, piss me off, you regret it, spawn camping, glitching, spray and pray with 100 round clips, button mashing, annoying noises, bad feedback -- you name it, don't get on my bad side.

And MOST people on Xbox Live are just the 20 year old dudes that can't keep a girlfriend, or even get a girl to talk to them for that matter, and decide to go ruin the kid's lives (we're supposed to be playing these, VIDEO GAMES, E+ T+ M+ -- that's us) by being pissy on Xbox.:twisted:

Well, not to make a dumb argument, but people are just dumb a lot of the time. And this wouldn't be so bad, but the sad fact is, dumb people never keep their dumbness to themselves. So the dumb end up making a much bigger impression then the not dumb quieter people.

And also, in grade school all the boys tried to get girls attention by pestering them and Xbox live is where guys go to play around. Apparently sexual harassment is dumb guys playing around... I don't do that, I'll respect everyone equally providing they don't piss me off. :)

I think gamer chicks would probably get a lot more respect on xbox live if they just purchased a live camera and played everygame topless. (as long as they are 18 eighteen)
