FFXIII Disc Won't Read

Just wanted to start this thread in case anyone else had this problem...

I picked up this game today (brand spanking new), and my 360 couldn't read any of the discs on the version I purchased (and could read the rest of my collection). I was able to exchange it at the store where I purchased, but I about shat myself when I saw a disc read error.

Anybody else get this fun little surprise?

I doubt that making a thread will help anyone, including yourself with this issue. There is usually a .5-1 percent of game copies that go out that are bad. So if you are one of the lucky few that get a write error then I suggest you take your copy back and get a new one :)

Im prolly gonna guess it's my 360 though, its been working fine but ff13 just killed it... cant send it to m$ cause me n my dumbass friend tried opening it to see what was wrong. but i'm most likely gonna go pick up a disk cleaner from radioshack after school or something.

The horror.... the horror. I waited, I patiently sat.... I knew it was coming but I waited. And when the day finally came, I jumped for joy. I ran out and bought a copy of FF13 for the xbox. I popped the puppy in, smooth as silk and looked sexy as hell... And as I starred at that beautiful screen, it occurred to me: "why isn't anything moving?" "MUTHA F#@$#&!!! Did my game just freeze?" 5 minutes in, my xbox froze, never to turn on again. RRoD. In my anger and haste, I vowed to never purchase an xbox again. In my angry haste I bought a BRAND NEW SLIM 40gig Korean PS3 (I live in Korea.) I purchased a BRAND NEW copy of FF13. I popped it in. Looks beautiful. And as I sat starring, seething anger slowly releasing from my shoulders, I heard the beautiful music and it slowly calmed me down. Then it stopped. First the music. Then the game. Then the system. I tried to restart the whole machine. It won't read any discs. This was the VERY FIRST GAME!!! FIRST TIME!!! BRAND NEW SYSTEM! THIS GAME IS A SYSTEM KILLER!!!DarXSoul

I find this unbelievably unrealistic.
