fifa 08 or PES 08

See if you's can help me out,

All I want is a soccer game to play local multiplayer.

I will not be playing online or playing season mode or whatever..

Just want it for playig with me mates...

Which one is better for that? Pick up and play so to speak.

For simplicity prob PES is easier to pick up and just play, if you intend on having a go at some Manager mode and all that stuff at some point go for FIFA, PES is the quicker paced of the two but FIFA feels really fluent which is great.

Either way you can't go wrong with either.

PES has better gameplabut the replay mode frame rate isseus are horrible.. Fifa has better online with be a pro mode.... PES destroys Fifa in strategy settingsits so advanced... *Gameplay + advanced team management perfect for local multiplayer...

* Thats why I chose PES. I wanted to get Fifa just for be a pro mode butthe new gameplay in PES 2008 is something I couldn't resist.

PES08 is a complete mockery of a great series its too poor to comprehend they have change so much since previous installments and all for the worse

He didn't want online mode or season mode.. Fifa didn't change a thing just added some online features.. Gameplay is still messed up. Team management is still below the needs of a soccer 'fan' that wants his team to play just the way he plays.

The only thing that's horrible in Pes08 local multiplayer is the horrible framerate issue in replay mode...

I only played PES08 for the PS3 but I thought the framerate there was extremely horrible in normal gameplay.

Either way, sports games have always been about preference. They are the same, but not at the same time. Just have to try to get your hands on both and try them out, then pick one.

I picked FIFA for the 360, due to friends already owning it and playing it over LIVE. Also, I just thought the gameplay was just way more fun than PES this time around, previously PES has always been more fun.
