Do you guys ever actually use these features? Do you ever actually "prefer" a player that isn't your friend? Do you block laggy host? Or people that are better then you? I personally prefer players that are terrible, just because it is funny. :P. I do block and some file a complaint on people who find the need to cuss me out for either doing better then them, or whatever it is they go on about.
