Looks freaking awesome. That was the 1st video I'd seen, I knew it would be great, but its good to know they have been working hard on it. Far Cry 2 has now become my 2nd most highly anticipated game, can't wait. Playing the 1st on the original Xbox is what made my switch from the PS2 to the Xbox 360 an easy decision to make.

BTW I'm not a Hermit, I play 360 and PC. I just don't see your logic to be fair.
He either means because it's ported or also developed for consoles it will hold the PC version back. Or he means because EA has taken over it's probably going to suck.
I'm not saying I agree with any of it, but it's most likely one of either or both what he meant.
To be honest, besides amazing graphics, I didn´t see much cool stuff. Very standard shooting. Hope some other stuff will be announced that make it awesome. Would be a waste to have such a great looking game but the only thing to do is actually look at it.
Looks great, but the most amazing thing to me is the that the there are no levels.....just 50 sq miles of open terrain that you can go through as you like to finish the game. That should be interesting.
Aside from the graphics, the game looks like complete garbage. Hopefully they can polish this game up, and patch up the problems by release. This game is looking just like an average mediocre shooter, once again.
