fixable problem?

I got Verizon Fios a month ago and at first nothing happened, but after a week the 360 couldnt locate my IP address. so i test connection again and it finds the ip and im all set to get back online and this happens everytime i go online now, but last night and today i havent been able to locate the ip all night and this morning. anyway for me to have the 360 find it again?

i really need help.

it means that the topic is going to the next page and the question isnt answered, so people "bump" it up the board to see if someone can help. after 3 bumps like

i believe that there is an internet setting that you can manually type in your IP address. Its located somewhere in the settings on the 360. Try that, if not contact either Fios or Microsoft.
