For all of you that have Brothers in Arms, care to give me your opinion?

Just curious is it worth a purchase? How long is single player? How is online?

There's a demo on the Marketplace out now if you wanted to try it out. I'm not sure the length of the game or anything, but it should be around 10-12 hours like a Call of Duty game.

If it's something you're interested in than you should pick it up and not let something like the amount of players deter you from it. I'm sure a lot of people are playing it now since it's relatively new and everyone will still be playing in a year since there's that online achievement for the historical date.

Got it from gamestop used at $55. i figured if i didn't like it then oh well i would just take it back. I had played some of the first brothers in arms game, Road to Hill 30 i think it was called and it was a good game and both RTH30 and Earned In Blood received really positive reviews. So with the new BIA being on the next generation platform my expectations were high and when I heard about it a while back, I planned on gettng it when it came out. Of course, I checked the reviews here and on IGN, and I usually average the two out for a reliable score because Gamespot and IGN are my two trusted sites for game reviews. IGN gave it a 7.6 and Gspot gave it 8.5 so I went to gamestop and picked it up but I was very dissapointed. This may be because I had just completed the COD4 campaign. I played for over 2 hours, so I gave it a fair chance, but my final verdict is that it doesn't come close to COD4, and it didn't hold my attention. I would assume you have played COD4 if u are a fan of ware games, but if you for some reason haven't, then play Call of Duty instead. Even if you have played it already, play it again before playing this. This is just my opinion though, and I sure some people loved the game. It has beautiful graphics and that whole deal, but that can't exactly be the main criteria for judging a game anymore because this is what we as gamers expect from developers.

i would suggest a rental. i rented it and played it through and loved the experience but was thankful that I didnt spend $60 buying it. Its a great experience that most will only play through once.

The way i look at it is for being pushed back for 1-2years, this game sucks. I am really disapointed. I rented it as well, the AI got more retarded with the game, the controlls are awful. The gameplay when you are watching your squad interact with each other and fire looks so awesome, but the gameplay sucks.RENT IT DO NOT BUY!

Playing this game, reminded me able full spectrum warrior, will they ever make another one?

well if your like me, and cod 4 is the exact opposite of what you want from a game, then brothers in arms is a perfect fit.

Brothers Arms i really enjoyed, but found the poor online glitches and bad achievements held it back. I really enjoyed the campaign but the online was poor, I essentially beat the game on Vetran in ruffly 10 hours. So its probly better to rent, cause ur not gonna want to play it once ur done the campaing. The most upsetting thing was how there was no acheivement for beating it on AUTHETIC(hardest difficulty), and u have to unlock it by playing through it first. AUTHETIC mode is extremely fun and hard, i would have perfered to be able to play it on that difficulty first, cause i like the challenge. Peple are comparing this to COD4 but that campaing doesnt hold a candle to this games campaing. Its nice to play a game where its seems like your apart of an army, not one. Your team actaully helps, unlike COD where in camp u see ur Freindlys rush in and die, and the ones that can't die russ and don't do anything, and beat down guys. Just play this game, the camps is fun, rent it.

for my opinion read my review
