For those who bought ODST, do you have Halo 3?

I'm just curious to see how many people bought ODST that already had Halo 3 because the campaign isn't very long and the only new thing is firefight. I don't have any halos so I thought it was a good time to get into the series. How about you guys?

The campaign is highly enjoyable and Firefight is intense and a ton of fun. Worth a good rental at least and definitely worth the full price if you don't have Halo 3. If you have Halo 3 then I'd wait until the price drops.

I think you'll find that the vast majority of us that bought ODST are already halo fans. Most of the content in ODST is geared towards halo fans I reckon.

Yup. I have a copy of Halo 3. Although my reasons for buying ODST were two fold.

On one side, I'm a fan of the Halo series. With ODST, I liked the noir art style, and the slightly different direction that Bungie had taken the franchise. On the other side, I'm a fan of Nathan Fillion, Alan Tudyk, Adam Baldwin and Tricia Helfer, (the main voice talent in ODST.)

Overall, it was a double whammy of goodness. :)

I'm keeping my Halo 3 because I still replay the campaign. I will also be replaying ODST campaign and firefight numerous times. Im going to replay Halo 2 as well. I cant get enough of Halo.

i'm borrowing my brother's copy and i have halo 3. i have to say, they really should have priced this cheaper. Especially since the majority of 360 users already have halo 3. it should be 30 bucks. 20 bucks for the single player, and 10 bucks for the 3 new maps, just like a map pack. or maybe 40 bucks because of firefight.

Campaign and Firefight make ODST well worth $60 in my eyes.

From the poll results, it looks like a landslide majority have Halo 3 AND Halo 3 ODST.

In my opinion, ODST really does hold its own, even if it didn't come with the extra disc. The campaign alone is more interesting than Halo 3's.

Bungie should throw you all a bone in the form of free DLC at some point. You guys deserve it. And F them if they don't recognize it.

I already got Halo 3, but the addition of getting all the maps in the game (Include the new ones that came with ODST) were worth it so that was a good thing, but its not just that, the whole ODST game was great and addicting the same time.

Doesn't ODST come with all of the multiplayer maps/map-packs on a separate disc?
