How werid!  I first read about the wheel today! :D  I've had a look at a few of them, and I think the official Microsoft is definately the one to buy.  MadCatz is a lot cheaper, but 1st party always gives good quality in my experience.

ive got the MS wheel, and im absolutely loving my experience with it, it takes a little getting getting used to, maybe an hour, but once you get it down its so much fun, the force feedback is awesome and works perfectly making foe an extra immersive experience, also the only way to get the best experience is playing Manual and using the shift paddles, i highly reccomend it.

Honestly, it is more of a novelty. I know I could never be anywhere near as competitive with the wheel as the controller.

I simply hate racing games without the wheel.  I would fall asleep playing forza with the controller.  Go out and get the MS wheel it makes the game so much better.

couldn't be any further from the truth.....

The wheel gives you the BEST POSSIBLE control period.  You can control the angle of your car in a turn 10X easier, than using a joy stick on the 360 controller.   Online I often enjoy watching people spin out on turns, because they have to keep tappin the stick to get the angle they want, and they end up losing control, and I zip right on buy at a constant speed and angle, just to speed up coming out of the curve :D

I can't recommend the wheel enough, my brother ran out and got one exacly 2 hours after using mine, and he is actually gonna build a "docking station" i guess you can call it to attatch the wheel to.

O yea my latest car :D
