I've seen an other thread that said that you cant even use your original Forza 3 save but I'm not sure if that guy was telling the truth or if it was just a random glitch.

I assure you that I am telling the truth. I would like to think it is a glitch, but the is nothing wrong with my save file(i.e. corrupted data). Heres my original post for all that care to read it.
"I just got my copy of Forza 3 Ultimate collection in the mail. Thought I was making a "smart" move by trading in my original copy since I didn't have the DLC for the game and was pretty excited to jump back in after a few month absence from the game. To my utter shock, disgust, and disbelief, the game refuses to acknowledge my previous save file. There is no "corrupted content" message, it loads up just fine with the exception of the 100+ hour save file I have. Has anybody else experienced this problem with Forza or any other game of the year edition? This is so frustrating that I don't even want to play the game (at least for the moment). If anybody has has had any issues with this type of subject, I would love to hear your thoughts."
@ Thanos_Greece- If you have any luck with the loading of the ultimate disc to play that content on the original game please post your success story here. I have a plan to do the same thing (trouble shooting a bunch of theories actually) but with my school schedule this week (finals), I won't get to it till friday. And concerning what the2nd post said, the one item that you won't be able to get is the "Stig's Garage" it is a DLC code that is included in the game. I also found out that the VIP pack is not on the Ultimate Collections DLC disc, which is a complete rip off. If you don't have it then you would have to buy it for 800 points. Let me know what you guys come up with here, I really would like to figure out what I can do as well as what others are able to get out of this situation.
