I downloaded this demo the first day it released, but I havent had the chance to really sit down and disect it a bit until now.

Gameplay: I enjoy it a lot. In my opnion the cars handle a lot better and arent as stiff. Fells more like a sim to me. (one thing I cant stand about the other simulator out there "Gran Tourismo", the cars dont feel realistic. Granted I havent driven every car in the game and cant speak on every car, but two things in general. 1. cars dont look like there doing 20 when they are doing 80 as I find is the case with the GT games. sense of speed kind of sucks. and while it wasnt the best on the first Forza I think it was pretty good and felt accurate enough. 2. cars do not start screeching tires when you make a wide (not sharp) turn at, lets say 15mph. ) I really liked the handling and sense of speed that this game has. I think its a great improvement from the first Forza. I'd give the gameplay a 9.

Graphics: I found the games lighting to be amazing simply put. Cars models were pretty good, though they didnt blow me away like I had expected them too. PGr 3's car models wowed me more. Not sure which has better models. Maybe Forza's are on par, but since it wasnt a new experience as far as graphics they didnt wow me. Aspault and scenery looked pretty good, but I've seen much better out of a racing game. Namely GT4 and GTHD. Those two have some incredible sceneray.  Another thing I had hoped for was 1080 support. 720  is ok but with GT4 on ps2 supporting 1080i I  think there is no excuse. Overall it looks good, but I just felt that is was missing that wow factor that I expected from a next gen racing title let alone Forza. I know its a demo and the final build could perhaps look better, but with the release later this month I dont expect it too. I'd give the graphics an 8.

Sound: Excellent is all I have to say.

All in all if I had to rate the demo Id say its a solid 9 and I think the final game will fall somewhere near that.

I think it would be cool to hear everyone elses thoughts on the demo.

You thought PGR3 looked better? You do realize those garage shots aren't gameplay? Because that's the only thing in that game where the cars look better then in Forza 2. Forza 2 is just purely visually better then PGR3, at least from what I see of it. And if I'm not mistaken, PGR3 was actually an original Xbox game that was switched to the Xbox 360.

I don't get it. You guys say the turning is too hard but it's a simulation racer. Seriously, it's not easier in real life. So what did you expect? It's no arcade racer like PGR or Need for Speed...

Cornering is accurately done.

QFT.  Go play burnout/pgr if you want an easy driving racing game.  This is a simulation.

This is my first sim driving game.  I suck at it, but I'm having a blast trying to get better.  It is tough; making sure not to go into a turn too fast or hit a wall or another car.  It is very rewarding when you're able to finish a flawless race.

I will probable enjoy the next Burnout game more, just because I like arcade racers more.  But i'll be picking up forza 2 for sure as well.  It seems like a very deep game that will provide hours of enless fun.

Just be patient with it.

I feel the driving is too bland in Forza 2....

I guess i got too used to PGR3 witch requires skill going around corners as not too spin out.

The graphics are ok though i dont know why people are complaining.

PGR3 was pretty awful imo. I haven't played enough of Forza to judge it, but I hope they make a few last-minute improvements...

Maybe you dont have an hd, but look at both in hd nd you'll see man. Forza looks good but PGr3 is better looking. I didnt really like PGr3 too much. I loved 2 on Xbox. I didnt think 3 was as fun.  I loved forza 1 and will love the second im sure.

The Driving to me seems accurate.  When I came to the first turn doing like 90 mph, started turning and ended up off road on the otherside of the track, hitting a wall.  Its def. realistic.  For people who complain about the turning, must like arcade play.  I think the graphics were good, but was expecting better.
