Forza is actually one of the handful of games that helped make my decision to get an Xbox. I haven't played one yet and I don't have Forza 2 yet (mainly because I don't have an Xbox yet, but also because I decided to wait for 3) but I think the game looks awesome. The graphics are amazing and the game looks fun overall. Other than the graphics, what really sold me on the game was the customization. I have a demo game on the PS3 that has some pretty basic customization, compared to Forza and I loved it, so I've been looking with something like that since playing the demo. I didn't get the demo I played because I didn't like the game that well.
I'm not a huge racing game fan, I like to play them on and off, but I have one for each of my systems and they tend to be the games I throw in when I have a little time, but not enough to get into a real game. I'm not too good at racing games either, but I've been playing a little more lately and I'm getting a little better, I've improved a lot at Kart racing though and can get first on quite a few of those races, so hopefully my skills will be tunes in time for Forza 3 8)
I usually don't pay full price for a game because I always have so many games to play and so many in queue that I'm waiting to get I don't really need to get games right away, but this is one I think is well worth the price, with the graphics and all the gameplay it can offer I'm sure it will consume many hours!
