Is fracture any good? multiplayer wise? and for 20 bucks good deal?

I wouldn't pay 20 for that game. It wasn't that enjoyable in my opinion. But hey, the decision is yours my friend.
The ability to change the terrian is fun everything else is awful. MP is Dead, The Story is Garbage, no character devolpment. I could go on
The game isn't good, like TaxAndDeath said, the terrain ability gets interesting but other than that, fail. The vehicle part is broken... I clipped through the ground a few times, had difficulty getting out. If you can get it cheap, why not.
I've never played it, but I think it is underated. It looks like an average shooter but it can be good.
