Kind've dissapointing. I mean, if it had gotten a 7 then that means it's good but according to them, it's mediocre.

I thought the demo was something new and fresh... I just had worries about the whole game but I guess it did'nt work out the way I thought it would.
I was expecting it to be average at the very least. Hey, it's only one review so I guess we'll just have to wait for the rest.
well IGN gave BIA a 7.9 and gave the graphics a 5. I think lately they've been lowballing the numbers. While I haven't played Fracture, it's probably at least a 7+.mohfrontline
Im sure they have frontline you keep telling yourself that it's called an opinion they don't give it a bad review for no reason.
[QUOTE="nVidiaGaMer"]IGN gave Silent Hill Homecomeing a bad score too but its actually a good game.dukebd699
Silent Hill games have always scored low. Just like almost every other famous survival horror series.
Nope.
From gamerankings.
Silent Hill: 84%
Silent Hill 2: 86.2%
Silent Hill 3: 84.0%
That means that the game is "above average".
Whats wrong? Not every game can be revolutionary or perfect.

Mediocre doesn't mean above average.

I said most not all. So obviously that means that Resident Evil is in there if there are exceptions.
websites give a LOT of games out there bad scores when the games are really quite good, or even awesome.
I think people should stop basing whether they play a game or not on scores they read online and actually buy or rent or borrow the game and try it for themselves and form their own opinions.

Also, you can't know if they really get bribed or not or they just have some personal angers against said company :P
I always think it's the best to wait for a game to release then read the opinions of the users instead. You can simply ask and get a, hopefully, true and honest opinion.

I agree, id rather hear what other gamers have to say. A lot of times i'll still play the game. Ive played plenty of games that people have said were horrible and i ended up really liking them. same goes for movies. everyone's taste is different so why judge something off of someone elses taste.

Same thing happened with PDZ, many said it was bad, and I ended up liking it.I havent played it yet, but for the price it is now i am definatly thinking about picking it up to try it out. I have heard from quite a few people that its half decent, but for the price even if its not the greatest its still worth trying out. I picked up Prey and ended up really liking it and its super super cheap now.kgansorThere's a chance you might like it, but it has a steep learning curve, unlike most shooters like Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4.
i dont think the actual game looked that good looked a bit like crackdown/gears
but i was looking forward to the multiplayer
Go play the demo, just from that alone (in my opinion) its garbage.rougewarrior198\
i personally played the demoed and loved it. its new and refreshing to me..and i would prefer playin some like that than playin another fps . gears of war is going to be good..but its the same as the first. even after all the vids about how its going to be newer and better...its pry not going to be that newer and not that much better. and i am really hated that it seems that everyone is basing their whole entire view on a game about ONE review. its the same with too human. one website said it was the worst they have ever played. and then EVERYONE is all refusing to play this game and trolling boards.
my view....if u like the demo..try out the game..if u didnt ..dont bother..and u dont have to go out tellin people to avoid it or whatever..just say it wasnt my taste.. i like the demo so im gonna get it..
