I received an e-mail today from Microsoft saying somthing along the lines of, 'congratulations, you have been awarded free xbox live points to use on Market Place'. Has anybody else had this? i havnt even entered a competion or anything, i was just given them!

 Anyway, how many points is it? If its like 100 points then I am no concerned that much that I didnt get the e-mail. If its enough to buy a Xbox Live Arcade game or such. Then I am mad man.

I hope its not spam! It doesnt say how many points there are on it. im at work at the moment but i will post later this evening and let you all know how much was on there. Couple of thousand would be handy :)

I got an email from Microsoft today too! (telling me that my account expires next month :evil:)

be cautious though. recently alot of xbox live accounts have been hacked. mostly through fake microsoft emails and such. so i'd be extremely cautious with that.
