From 1-10, your interest in purchasing and/or playing MOH: Warfighter is...

Just interested in the community's opinion.

I've been with MOH since the beginning, and I mean the literal PS1 beginning in the late 90's. I've played almost every single MOH title released (except for the handheld titles).

I thought 2010's reboot was solid, so I'm interested in Warfighter but only for the SP campaign.

I would say a '2' if a '10' means the most interested; I'm tired of these kinds of games.

Ha! Guess I should clarify: 1 = not interested at all, 10 = day one purchs, 5 = rent or borrow from friend.

I would modify my answer to a 4 then; I wouldn't seek out a friend to borrow it but I would play it if someone else was interested.

I played the beta and never had so little fun before in a game. I'm gonna go with a 2, a 1 just makes me feel bad.

It's not that it looks terrible as much as it looks boringly similar to everything else. It won't be bad, but my interest is around a 6 out of 10. I think I'm just tired of modern setting shooters and only really play BF3 MP if I want some modern FPS (and with Halo 4 coming soon I don't see myself playing a modern shooter for a long time).

I'm indifferent. I do want to play the single player cause I know I won't touch the multiplayer (I rarely do on 99% of games), so I'll just wait for a pricedrop. If it's any thing like the 2010 MOH, it'll drop fast. I hope it does well, I really do.

I'm way more interested in it than I am in the latest COD installment... like the original though, it's dropping into a window that's full of other games that interest me more. I will inevitably get it - but it probably won't be until some time late next year after I've cleaned up this year's Q4 and next year's Q1 and Q2. Basically, I'll think about it once I'm done with Aliens: Colonial Marines. Until then, I've got BL2, Dishonored, AC3 and various others lined up to keep me busy.

I have zero interest in this game.

Just for this this post i'm going to say 1 out of 10. If I could have gone into minus figures then it have been at -1000. Hated the living crap out of the remake, it felt like a generic and awful FPS in my option.

1. Black Ops 2 will be vastly superior, and then of course there's Halo 4. Those two games will provide me with my shooter fix.

I'll prolly rent it to run through the story but I didn't really care for the beta. It was aight just to much like Battlefield. But I will give them credit on one thing, the spawn system. That was one of my biggest complaints about the Battlefield series and I like MOH's take on it with spawning on your battle buddy and thats it.

Im not a fan of horror games, but recently picked up resident evil 5(heard its more action) but its actually a challenge. I want a game i have to think about.

I give MOH an 8 for interest. I have it preorder but latly ive been thinking of dropping it and picking up a copy of dishonored.

Im still interested in the game, but Im waiting for reviews, and a price drop. I have a feeling the game is going to plumit in value with the way its been handled. they didnt allow people to review the game until they uploaded a day one patch. I find that slightly didturbing. I enjoyed the beta, but they continued to change damage. One day it would take 2 bullets to kill someone and the next day it would take and entire clip. I hope the game will remain consistant. I prefer the high damage impact of just a ew bullets, Makes the game more realistic and forces players to take it slow of get slain.

Already bought it. I called a manager out for blatantly lying to me my GameStop last week, and got a 40% off my next purchase as a result. With everything else I'd like to get this holiday season paid off, I figured I'd pick up Warfighter, and the game is surprisingly good. I knew I'd like the multiplayer, I'm a shooter fan and the beta was fun for me -- but the single player surprised me. It's linear as linear can be, but it's probably the best military shooter campaign I've played since Bad Company, even if the two have next to nothing in common.

Also, while the multiplayer is, admittedly, nothing special, the class system is pretty deep -- it's like a Team Fortress/CoD baby. There are lightweight classes, middleweight classes, and heavy classes, all with differing HP, class abilities, and mobility. It's pretty intriguing.
