judging from alot of the technical problems that seems about right. If they release a patch and fix all the glitches and stuff i think it should get a higher score.I doubt that will happen, since its obsidian.

Alot of stuff happens behind the scenes that we are not aware of most the time we dont even get a notice saying HEY we are applying a hotfix to the game tonight.

I read in one of these review it would take you like 4 playthroughs to do every factions missions due to the new reputation system.
