Is there a such thing as Game Of The Decade? And, if there is, which game would you give it to?
I'd give it to Mass Effect, as expected. :D

This decade would include all PS2, Xbox, GameCube, 360, PS3, Wii, and PC games. Narrowing it down to a single game that was better than everything else is imposable.
Well im going to have to say that the very first halo would have to be the game of the decade. It changed everything and without it we might not be where we are today with video games.

Halo made fps games very popular on the consoles.
But halo was nowhere near the first of its kind.

Nowhere near the first of its kind? What do you mean? I don't think anyone is saying Halo was the first console FPS.Mafia: City of Lost Heaven. I was engrossed by its atmosphere, and just left with being totally satisfied with the experience.
PC version of Oblivion followed by Morrowind. Unlike most, I liked Oblivion's level up system. I think that increasing skills by using it repeatedly is far more natural than choosing what skills to level up through a designated amount of points. I also liked how magicka integrated nicely with combat. Fast travel system is also welcomed. Remember, that's it's an option. It's not forced upon you by any means. Overall, Oblivion improved upon Morrowind in many ways. What I liked more in Morrowind however, was the overall art direction. It's more distinct, more unique.
My XPS Gen 2 now has vertical lines on it so I can't play the PC version anymore. But God, you haven't truly gamed until you've experience the glory that is modding. I'll definitely miss that when I get the X360 version.
(Long live TES NEXUS.)
