Who do you think will win Game of the Year? BioShock or Halo 3. BioShock is the amazing revoulationay game but Halo 3 is real good and has the publicity.

Those first three games don't havea chance. Games that release very late in the year don't ever win, as they don't get a large enough audience. It is going to be Bioshock or Halo 3.
I'm guessing BioShock. It truly deserves it. Publicity should have nothing to do with it. A game should be judged on its merits, not on how much money its publisher wants to spen promoting it.

Do you know how many people are awaiting for Mass Effect and Call Of Duty 4??? Almost as many people who wanted Halo 3!
Bioshock over Halo 3 imo. Especially when you consider Bioshock was released on the PC as well. Then again, you have to realize that these two games arn't the only one's that will get nominated for GOTY. You have to look across all platforms. The PC itself has quite a few big hitters this year.

I don't like either of those that much, just Halo 3's poor campaign, story, and online problems (hopefully only due to so many people being online at once) and Bioshock's shallow story and gameplay (very nice environments and graphics though) should take them out of the running. My favorite game this year has been Persona 3 but that is probably because I am an Atlus fanboy, I'm sure my common sense will kick in and Mass Effect will likely be my game of the year (or possibly CoD 4 if the campaign delivers and they fix up multiplayer spawns).
