well im not sure if ill be able to afford GTA IV when it comes out.

I wish I had Rock Band and I also want enough money to buy a PSP and FF7 Crisis core.

To the TC, I definatly reccomend trading in games or doing whatever you have to do to get the money for Lost Odyssey.. the game is amazing.

Wow, if I had to chose 2 others I woulda picked Rockband and PSP + Crisis Core.

Ive decided to go to Best Buy in the morning and get L.O. I was checking the ads in the paper and they are giving away a $10 gift card with purchase so it looks like I have an excuse to buy now. Oh, and where did I get the money you ask? I begged my girlfriend. Hooray!

Lol..I'll be more than happy to sell my Halo 3, Burnout Paradise, RSV:2 and Gears of War PC. If you're not talking about the PC version then uhh..it's a little late to decide to pick up Gears for 360.

Haha, I was really disappointed with Halo 3 and Burnout Paradise. I ended up trading in my Halo 3 pretty soon after I beat it, and spent only a small amount of time on Live. I'm lucky I only rented Burnout... As far as R6V2 and the Orange Box goes, they're pretty good games. You can't beat the Orange Box price if you need something to last you awhile... If I were you, I'd just hold off of GoW until the sequel comes out later this year.

Like I said about Bully, if I had some extra cash lying around & not putting everything I have into GTA IV...Condemned 2: Bloodshot would be fun also.

But I think I might end up renting both of these first to see if I really want to spend the money on them later. If they turn out to be to my liking, I'll only play a little bit and wait until I buy the game to beat it...

Yeah, they want a good bit for Rock Band, and I just can't justify picking it up right now.. Aside from other places my money is needed, I believe video game-wise, GTA IV comes first... So we're sorta in the same boat here on this one....

You Sir, make me sick. And jealous. But mostly sick. If you burn them you don't have the cool packaging which to me is unacceptable. I'm very weird about my game collection. But then again, 1.25 compared to 59.99 is quite a difference.

Your right. Gotta stay legal. It just sucks cause us good guys get shafted. I dont really like burning things anyways. I burnt a couple of dvds and they never play right. Theres nothing better than having the real deal! Believe it!

I'm a collector so it can get quite expensive. When I want a certain game, I usually need to have it now. So I can really rack up a good amount of games in a short period of time. The fact that I just purchased an Xbox 360 Christmas 2007 leaves me with a huge list of games to look into. Right now, I'm playing older titles, like Graw 1 and 2, Condemned: Criminal Origins, The Orange Box, and Oblivion. I recently regret selling Mass Effect and Lost Odyssey, although I loved those two games. They just didnt provide for much replayability, to my liking. I can afford them, but I'm not sure if they're worth buying back. I just dont think it's worth it RIGHT NOW, to be re-buying video games when I could purchase new ones I havent played. If I really want to re-buy and add them to my collection, I would rather wait for the prices to drop since I have no need for them now, except for collection purposes.

At one point, I really wanted a PS3, and I still do but I will wait for the MGS4 bundle.

There are alot of games I want, It's not that I can't afford them, It's that I don't want to buy them (I value money over products). :P I have alot of money but I'm a saver not a spender.

Well my friend gave me his version of Max Payne 2 on PC which was burned and it played fine. I don't feel great about it but I don't see games quality being hurt by being a burned game.

I like to have the packaging with my games as well.. I just don't like having burnt games sitting around in ugly neon colored jewel cases.

As far as the price, sure.. its good.... until another update comes out that will blacklist your xbox from playing on live ever again. It already happened once and then I just said NO to illegal gaming.

I've been sober ever since. :shock:
