I just have a quick question about all those who use Gamefly. Games and Flix offers you to rent games and movies and is much cheaper than Gamefly (2 out for 12.99$ vs. 2 out for 22.99$)..so why are so many people using Gamefly, is there something I am missing?

Yes cheaper price doesn't always mean better quality.

Good luck getting any new games from gameznflix. They're not bad if you want to play some older games though...

Gameznflix has a cheaper monthly rate, however the service is much worse than gamefly. I just recently quit Gameznflix and started up my Gamefly again. The game turnaround time is much faster, and they will send me recently released games as soon as they come out. Gameznflix does not do this.. all of the newly released games never have been getting sent to me and they say that they are available and instead they will send some game from the bottom of my que. You may be getting 3 games a month for cheaper, but you can pretty much forget about getting brand new games, and expect to wait a week for turnaround time for the games at the bottom of your que. Gamefly>Gameznflix Edit: Also Gnf has new games that you can add to your que and they claim that they are available, but in my case I had a couple new releases at the top of my que and it was 2 months later and they never got sent to me. Constantly passed over for some game at the bottom of my que that I was considering renting maybe. Gamefly updates the availability constantly, and they send you new games right when they come out. Usually if you get a new release, you will be the first one who has gotten to play it and if you want to keep it you can get it at a slight discount (And it is BRAND NEW.)

Ah I see, thanks so much for the quick responses. I knew something was fishy. I signed up for the free 2 weeks from Gameznflix and I get to play Lost Planet for free so no complaints here.

Gameznflix take a long time to get new games, thay use to get new games the same day thay come out.I just join gamefly and im still withgameznflix to B/c of the movies and i get them in 2days.

Do you live next to one of their distributors? I live 2 hours away from Seattle where there is a distributor so I am hoping shipping is really fast.

I live 2 states from the distributor... Some times it takes 2-3days.

I live in Seattle and the turnaround time was spotty. The first week I got games within a couple days. Then it started taking longer. I'm sure that for movies it is probley a really good choice. But I never ended up getting any movies and for the most part I like renting new games when they come out if I'm unsure if it warrants a purchase, then buy em if I like them alot. Thats the main reason I prefer Gamefly.

Gameznflix won't send you new releases. When I complained about it they told me to fill up my que. They only sent old games at the bottom of my que. Many of the DVD's would not play at all or would freeze in the middle.
