Gamertag in Forums

I tried that but i am still confused. It says to use the code to show your gamertag in forums but how do i use the code? Do i copy and paste it and if so what do i copy and where do i paste it?RATLIFF2008

you have to put it in your sig as code, and it will show up

Go to mygamercard.net and put your gamertag in and then copy the URL it gives you in the Forum (image) tab. See below:

Then come back to Gamespot and click on the prefs button at the top. Go to the forums tab and scroll down to the WYSIWYG editor. Click on the insert/edit image button - it looks like a little tree and its to the left of the smiley face icon. See below:

Then in the box that comes up you need to copy the URL you got from mygamercard.net into where it says Image URL. In my case you can see from the first screenshot it would be http://card.mygamercard.net/stormtrooprdave.png so I would copy that into the Image URL box. See below:

Click insert, then apply changes. Hey presto your gamertag will show up in your forum posts. If you do it this way you dont have to mess around with IMG tags or bbcode or html, just copy the url into the box, dead simple.
