Games like GOW (not geow)

I'm serious though. The only reason why people prefer GOW over DMC is simply because it's mainstream. Blood, gore and simplism make GOW a good purchase for casuals. Plus it has high production value and a good story.

DMC on the other hand is not set in a theme for casuals. It's hardcore. It's allot harder then GOW. I remember allot of people having trouble with the first out of countless bosses in DMC3. It's definitely not for everyone. But it's action is over the top and awesome. The cutscenes are simply amazing and the gameplay is very well done.

If you don't mind having to learn a game instead of just blasting through, DMC4 will be a definite pick up for you. Without joking, it was one of the best action adventure games of last generation along with Ninja Gaiden.

So you can wait for Ninja Gaiden 2 as well. The game is 30% complete last I checked so it'll take a while, but it's great to look forward to. Also, Too Human like someone said before is somewhat similar.
