Please don't buy any at the ridiculous prices they are now. MS is testing the waters seeing if people are stupid enough to buy those games (games you can get for almost $20 cheaper in a store) at such ludicrous prices.

Most of the games on there are the same prices at retail

Do not even start to bring up used games, many gamers wont even touch them and rightly so

Buying them on games on demand is actually a good deal for some games.. like the ones that are only a bit more than retail cause you dont have to worry and disks being scratched.

Let him do what he wants.

I said please and it wasn't like I was telling him what to do. It was mainly just a suggestion. If he wants to buy a game at in inflated price then that's his choice.

The prices seem fine to me, unless you live in Australia.

I'll end up getting Battlefield: Bad Company or Bioshock. plus, it's cheaper to use MS points. there isn't tax with points.

some of the games are priced fine such as burnout paradise, mass effect and bioshock (even though you could get them a few bucks cheaper used or something). Games like CoD2 are way overpriced though (unless they come with all DLC). I bought a used copy of CoD2 for $13 and they are trying to sell it for $30 when it came out in 2005. They are just fishing for some dumb person to pay double for a game that is 4yrs old.

my other argument is that it should be way cheaper than retail versions since there is no cost of the disc, manual, and case to worry about!!!!

I just want them to put up Bully: Scholarship Edition. I can't find it anywhere! paying $20-$30 will be worth it. because wasting so much gas money searching for the game is really annoying.

Don't you guys realize that people don't want used games.

Don't any of you think it would be cool to have a library of 20 - 30 games on your HDD you could just browse through? Sounds pretty BA to me. Will I be buying them? $10 - $20 dollar savings really isn't much for some people. You kids have to stop talking out of your own pockets.

you can sell a game disk or return it if you don't like the game. So a $20 may only cost you $15 or $10 if you resell it. If you download the virtual version then no matter what your stuck at $20. Even if you don't like it.... So when you say they are the same price in a way they are but in others they arn't.

well when you know you would get your moneys worth out of a game such as Bioshock then the $20 price tag is pretty good. Obviously on some games paying $20-$30 bucks would be absolutely ridiculous but it is more of a personal preference. Buying through the 360 you don't have to go out to a store or wait for it to ship to you.

Games on Demand is a good feature to buy games on your console, but cmon! COD 2 for 30$? I can get that for 5-10$ dollars at Gamestop for crying out loud, but then again, you do whatever you want to do, but I can get a hard copy of COD 2 for 5-10$ at my local Gamestop and that sounds much more better IMO.

A $10 to $20 saving might now be much for some people, but it sure the hell is for me.
