when ever i put iin a game it says on a white screen and says "if you would like to play this dvd please put it in your xbox 360 console" is this happening to anyone else? can someone tell me how to fix this?
I get that occasionally when I change discs. I just turn off my box and turn it back on and it seems to be OK. Though, I get the feeling it's going to crap out soon.

unfortunately, no....someone i know had it only with his graw disk, so it was probably defective, but a friend of mine had allhis games read like that because of the spring update.....luckily he was covered by warranty...
