games with map editors?

customizing levels/map is one of my favorite things to do in games.
does anybody know of any games with GOOD map editors for xbox 360. ive already played the timesplitters games, both far cry's, halo reach, sims 3 for iphone, sims freeplay for iphone, tony hawk games, and the skate games.
***ive heard a little about minecraft but im not sure what its all about and the graphics look pretty rough.***
If any one has knows of a game with a map editor like any of these please let me know.
or if you know of any games like hemp tycoon or corporation inc. from adult swim

Halo 3(forge),stuntman ignition (you can create a arena with stunts in it, but you need to comple the game + some extras to unlock everything). That are the only ones I know that you didn't said.

EDIT: Oh yeah and those paintball games.
